摘要
以国内新型拖挂车用电磁制动器为研究对象,利用强大的有限元分析软件Ansoft对制动器的电磁性能及工作特性进行虚拟样机分析。建立了电磁力与激励及气隙间的关系,并通过实验对计算结果进行验证。实验证明,软件计算具有相当的准确性。在此基础上,根据电磁制动器电磁体部分的实际工作情况,对电磁体设计进行改进。软件仿真结果表明,优化效果明显。
Aiming at a new type of electromagnetic brake used in trailer in our country, a virtual model was created based on the strong finite elements analysis soft——Ansoft, by which the electromagnetic performance and the characteristics of the electromagnetic brake were simulated. The relationship between electromagnetic force and current and the relationship between electromagnetic force and air gap were founded. Through experiments the simulation results of software are proved to be right. Some of the design of the electromagnet was changed to improve the working stability based on its real working conditions. The improved electromagnet virtual model was also simulated in Ansoft and the results indicated that the improvement is very effective.
