进入12月初，一场又一场寒潮接二连三地扑向威海大地，40多年不遇的暴雪把岛城——石岛打扮得银装素裹，分外妖娆，凛冽的寒风，确实让人们感受到了冬天的威严。但在威海海大客运有限公司客滚船“生生1”下水庆典现场，人们所看到的黄海造船却是春潮涌动的喜人景象。放眼望去，新建造船区，25000平方米的造船分段加工车间、4000平方米的涂装车间一派紧张施工的场面；分段加工区，焊机轰鸣，一个个即将完工的造船分段布满了厂区；舾装码头．600TEU多用途集装箱船“东海”轮正待交付启航、“集发渤海”轮也在抓紧舾装；船台上，1300客位门800米车道客滚船傲然耸立，焊花飞溅，工人们正在施工。
