摘要
以盲肠部分切除术制作腹腔粘连模型。并向腹腔内注入尿激酶，观察尿激酶对术后粘连形成的影响。结果证实：尿激酶有显著预防腹腔术后粘连的作用（P＜0．005）。为腹腔内使用尿激酶提供了依据。
The experiment was carried out using partial cecectomy as a model in order to observe the effects of urokinae on abdominal cavity adhesion induced by operation. The result showed that urokinae abdominal administration has strong effect on preventing abdominal cavity adhesion induced by operation (P <0. 005).
