摘要
电子签名的法律功能包括鉴定签名者的身份、表明签名者对电子数据内容的认可以及确保原始文件的完整性和真实性。其功能首先可以通过工作流程、技术环节与电子认证等方式来实现。电子签名的法律效力是要解决电子签名的合法性、有效性问题,明确电子签名的适用范围。
The electronic signature has the following legal functions, identifying the signer, proving the signer＇s admission to the contents of the electronic data ,and guaranteeing the integrity and authenticity of the original documents. The above functions are put into effect by means of working process,technical measures and electronic certification. The electronic signature＇s legal effect involves its legality,validity and application scope.
