保精片治疗慢性前列腺炎218例

Treatment of 218 Cases of Chronic Prostatitis with Baojing Tablet

作者以保精片治疗慢性前列腺炎218例,临床辨证分湿热下注、瘀血内阻、脾气虚弱、肾虚不固、虚实夹杂五型。经一疗程2月的治疗,痊愈43例,显效125例,有效31例,无效19例,总有效率为91.28%,并分析了疗效与证候关系。

The 218 patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into five types,i.e descending of damp-heat,stasis of blood,spleen-qi deficiency,kidney deficiency,and deficiency accompanied with excess,and were treated with Baojing Tablet(composed of Semen Cuscutae,Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae,Poria,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae,etc.).After a therapeutic course of 2 months,33 recovered,125 had marked improvement,31 had some improvement and 19 did not respond to the treatment,the total effective rate being 91.28%.An analysis is made on the relationship between the therapeutic effect and different syndromes,and on the results of prostatic fluid examination before and after the treatment.
