摘要
我国船舶生产效率低、消耗高的技术原因是:尚未做到造船过程的流通量控制。为实现造船的科学发展,建议通过“流程再造”,来构建“绿色船厂”和建造“绿色船舶”。
In China, the technical reason of low productivity and high waste in shipbuilding, is not able to control the flow during the shipbuilding process. To realize scientific development of shipbuilding, building ＇＂Green Shipyard＂ and construeting ＂Green Ship＂ through ＂Process Re-engineering＂ are suggested.
