An Analysis of the Intension of the Scientific Concept of Development in the Context of Contemporary China

科学发展观在当代中国的语境中包含着两层含义,一个是在科学体系层面对发展的系统认识,一个是在世界观、方法论层面对中国特色社会主义发展的认识。科学发展观以其完整的理论形态,实现了在规律层面和具体运行层面对发展主题系统的科学认识的结合。对这两个层面认识的有机结合能够使我们对科学发展观的认识达到全新的高度。

In the contemporary context of China, Scientific Concept of Development includes two meanings: one is the systematic knowledge of development in the scientific system and another is the knowledge of the socialist development with Chinese characteristics in world outlook and methodology. Scientific Concept of Development, in its complete theoretical form, has achieved integration of the scientific knowledge of the thematic system of development on the law level and the operation level. The organic integration of the two levels promotes our knowledge of the Scientific Concept of Development to an ever-reaching height.
