摘要
实验证明益气活血复方可明显改善肿瘤细胞核仁和膜表面微绒毛形态，显著改进微管蛋白的组装；对细胞间隙连接通讯功能有升调作用。细胞周期动力学表明，阻断人胃癌细胞的增殖主要作用在Ｇ２Ｍ期。
Experiments have proved that the Chinese compound prescription for reinforcing vital energy and invigorating blood circulation markedly helps to improve the morphology of cancer cell nucleolus and membrane surface microvillus, amend the composition of microtubulin and facilitate intercellular gap junctional communication.Cell cycle kinetics shows that the multiplication of cancer cells in human stomach is checked mainly at G 2M stage.
