摘要
观察不同浓度的知母宁(Chimonin)温育后的老化红细胞免疫指标和过氧化脂质(LPO)水平的改变,发现5、15μg知母宁时,RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR、RBC-CaR有上升的趋势但和对照组相比无明显的差异(P>0.05),而50、100μg浓度时RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR、RBC-CaR和对照组相比有明显的升高(P<0.01)。知母宁5、15、50、100μg温育后的老化红细胞LPO含量的改变,以知母宁50、100μg浓度时LPO水平明显降低,和对照组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。提示一定剂量知母宁提高红细胞CR1活性,可能与抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。
Experiments were undertaken in Chimonin on the activity of CR1 and the level of liPid Peroxide in vitro. RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR and RBC-CaR in the group of 50μg and 100μg are higher than those in the group of 5μg、10μg (P<0.05)after the ageing erythrocytes preincubated with chimonin; simultaneously, the ageing erythrocytes to investigate the effects of content of LPO of ageing erythrocytes decreased with dose dependent effect(P<0.01).It is suggested that lipid peroxidation may participate in the activity of CR1 of ageing erythrocytes.
