摘要
分析产品人机形态设计的特点、现状和存在的不足,简述基因遗传算法的原理,提出建立接触点集和曲面形态的方法。通过基因编码、生成初始种群、适应度评估和选择等步骤,将基因遗传算法应用于产品人机形态设计,实现了产品人机形态设计的优化。最后以轮椅靠背的曲面设计为例,论述该方法的应用。
It has been investigated that the character, status, advantage and disadvantage of existing product ergonomics form design methods. The principium of Genetic Algorithm (GA)bas been introduced simply. The methods have been established to set up the contactile points and to construct the surface of product form. GA has been applied to ergonomics form design. Through out the processes of the gene coding, the initial group forming, the fitness function constructing and the seed group selecting, the optimized product ergonomics form was given out. As an example, the surface form of the wheelchair's backrest has been design with the method proposed .
