摘要
螺杆转子是螺杆泵的核心部件,综合使用Pro/E软件和ANSYS软件建立螺杆转子有限元分析模型,根据有限元思想将连续变化的螺旋面压力离散处理,利用ANSYS软件中的APDL语言模块,编程实现离散面的加载,计算分析了螺杆转子的动态特征和动响应,为螺杆转子设计提供了依据。
The screw rotor is the key of the screw pump. The 3-D model of the screw is made by using the Pro/E and ANSYS. By using the finite element method, the continued screw area can be divided into scattered small areas to load pressure on area easily. The APDL module of ANSYS is used to write APDL program to fuifill the load steps. The dynamic character and transient dynamic of the screw rotor is calculated ,which provides the bases for designing the screw rotor.
