摘要 通过对基于软件组件技术的组合夹具元件图库、元件库存和夹具图库的设计和相互关系的研究,在SolidW orks平台上运用组件技术体系和工作机理进行二次开发。以VC开发的DLL程序包为例,阐述组合夹具虚拟装配的实现步骤,证明组件技术在SolidW orks平台上进行二次开发的可行性和实用性。应用组件设计思想使系统在维护、与其他系统的衔接、升级更新等方面都有极大的优越性,对推动CAD/CAPP/CAM技术的进一步发展具有重要意义。 With researching into the design and interrelation of combination-fixture component gallery, component storage, and fixture gallery, this project is researched basing on SolidWorks software plat with the system and work mechanism of COM. Using DLL program package as a example that was developed with Visual C++, it expatiates the realize process of component fixture's virtual assembly, and also proves that the feasibility and practicability of development using COM technology on SolidWorks software fiat. Using COM software technology makes the system maintenance, upgrade and joining with other system more advantage than general technology. It is also important for development of CAD/CAPP/CAM technology.
