摘要
目的：探讨ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ、ＤＱ抗原与Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病发病的关系。方法：检测５０例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者１４种ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ、ＤＱ抗原，并与５０例健康献血员对照，结果：Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ１抗原频率和相对危险度明显高于对照组。结论：ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ１抗原与Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病呈强关联，Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病的发病有一定的遗传基础。
Objective:In this study l4 HLA-DR,DQ antigens were determined in 50 patients with Graves,disease(GD),and 50 healthy donors served as controls,Results:A marked increase in the frequency and relative risk(RR)of HLA-DR1 antigen was observed in the patients compared with the controls.Conclusion:There is a close association between HLA-DR1 antigen and GD,revealing an inheritance foundation in the pathogenesis of GD.
