Clinical Analysis of 32 Severed Fingers by Replantation in Children

应用显微外科技术，进行小儿断指再植２４例３２指，成活２６指，成活率８４．４％．对其中１８例２３指进行６个月至４年的随访，优良率８７％．文中指出精湛的显微外科技能是手术成功的关键；对小儿断指再植适应证的选择、保护骨骺、避免关节融合、保留指骨长度、避免血管损伤、妥善处理血管危象及术后护理等进行了讨论．

severed fingers of 24 cases in children were replanted by microsurgical technique of which 26 fingers survived, the survival rate was 84. 4%. Among the 26 survival fingers,23 fingers of 18 cases were followed up for 6 months to 4 years, the fine rate was 87%. It is presented that excellent microsurgical technique is the key of success. The choice of indication of replantation of severed fingers in children, protection of epiphsis, avoiding of jiont's fusion and blood vessel injury, remaining of fingers length, managing of the blood vessel's endangerment and the nursing after operation are discussed.
