芳烃在NiO/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂上的O_3氧化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低排放物中的芳烃含量(主要是苯、甲苯和二甲苯),开发出一种低温催化氧化工艺,该工艺以O3为氧化剂,以自行制备的NiO/-γAl2O3为催化剂,将芳烃转化为无毒的CO2和H2O,达到无污染排放。研究了不同负载金属、氧化镍含量、催化剂焙烧温度和反应时间等对芳烃氧化行为的影响。在反应温度60℃、负载氧化镍质量分数为15%、焙烧温度550℃和反应时间50 min时,芳烃的氧化效率可达到84%左右。 A low temperature catalytic oxidation process was developed to reduce aromatics (mainly benzene, toluene and xylene) in the effluents. Aromatics were converted to harmless carbon dioxide and water over NiO/r-Al2O3 catalyst with ozone as the oxidant. Influences of active metals,NiO loadings, calcination temperature and reaction time were investigated. Aromatics oxidation efficiency of about 84 % was obtained under the following condition: reaction temperature 60 ℃ ,NiO loadings 15 % (mass fraction),calcination temperature 550 ℃ and reaction time 50 min.
