摘要 从配电公司的自身利益出发提出了一个考虑购电成本、需求响应以及其它因素的分时电价定价模型,并针对购电商是否具有市场力两种情况分别进行了分析。论述了该模型本质上属于非线性规划问题并探讨了其求解过程。最后将该模型应用于某简单算例进行仿真计算,结果表明如果用户对分时电价具有较强的响应度,则在峰谷电价差较小时也可以实现用户与电力企业共同获利的目的。 Based on self-interest of distribution company, an optimal pricing model for time-of-use (TOUT) electricity price is proposed, in which the purchasing cost, demand response and other factors are considered. The proposed model that in essence is a nonlinear programming problem which is analyzed for two conditions respectively, namely the power purchasers possess or do not possess market power, and the solution process of the proposed model is researched. Applying the proposed model to a simple numerical case, the simulation results show that if the customers more intensively response to TOU electricity price, the customers and electric power enterprises can jointly reap profits even though electricity price variance between peak load and valley load is smaller.
