摘要
覆膜系统设计是设计环保节能型覆膜机的技术关键。通过对典型的3种涂布方式比选,并进行正交实验,测定其胶层厚度变动系数CD,得出涂布方式对厚度变动系数的影响;复膜压合质量实验方法采用正交分级实验方法,得出复合压力及涂布量对疵斑点率的影响。最终确立覆膜系统主要参数以及系统方案。
The designing of laminating system is one of the key techniques in the designing of energy-saving and environment-protecting laminators. We conducted orthogonal experiments on three modes of application, determining the glue-line coefficient of thickness variation and the influence of application modes upon the coefficient of thickness variation. Besides, we adopted the quadrature classification experimental technique for laminating pressing quality experiment and obtained the influence of laminating pressing and application quantity upon the scab-point rate variation. We have succeeded in obtaining all the main system parameters and the system project.
