摘要
以裙带菜为原材料,采用水提法提取褐藻糖胶,Sevag法去蛋白,乙醇分步沉淀法进行初步纯化。结果表明裙带菜褐藻糖胶的最适提取温度为80℃,时间为8 h,在最适条件下的得率为1.62%。同时对裙带菜褐藻糖胶部分理化性质进行了研究,结果显示特性粘度为5 mPa.s,pH为8.50,褐藻糖胶分子中含有硫酸基。
Fucoidan is extracted from the raw material Undaria Pinnatifida by the aqueous method and it is purified by fractional precipitation with alcohol, and its protein is removed by the Sevag method. Results show that the best extraction condition is temperature 80℃, time 8 h, and the recovery rate is 1.62%. Meanwhile, some of the properties of Fucoidan are obtained as follows: the inherent viscosity of 5 mPa · s and the pH value of 8.50 with positive sulfate reaction.
