Present Situation and Countermeasures of Safe Management of Grass-roots Units in Huili Zinc Mine Co.,Ltd.

企业安全管理水平的高低,最直接地反映在企业基层安全管理状况上,如职工安全意识、安全基础设施建设、安全责任制的落实等。本文分析了公司基层安全管理工作中存在的问题,并就存在的问题提出了解决办法及措施,以期能对其它矿山企业安全管理工作有所参考和借鉴。

The enterprise＇s management level is higher or lower,it is directly reflected in safe management situation of their grass- roots units, such as safe consciousness of staff and workers, the comstruction of safe infrastructure, the implementation of the safe accountability system, etc. The existing problems in the safe management of grass- roots units in Huili Zinc Mine Company were analysed and some resolving measn and countermeasures were put forward in this article. It can provide a reference for other mine enterprises.
