摘要
电子束作为一种高能量密度热源,用来焊接某些结构件具有许多独特的优点.本文主要讨论小功率电子束焊接的特点,并介绍作者所从事的传感器精密焊接与封装焊接工艺研究.
Act as a heating power of high energy density, the electron beam has many distinctive advantages for welding some structure workpieces. The features of small power electron beam welding and the studies of the accuracy packaging welding technology for some Sensors are discussed in this paper.
