Team building is an innovation of organization, system and management. The foundation and precondition is to smooth the theory regarding team and to express clearly the logic thinking about its building. This article puts special stress on analyzing the definition and characteristic of a team. It discusses motivation of team building and some key problems about building a team. The paper also puts forward some evaluation standards about team achievement.
