摘要
高校公共理论课较之其它课程的鲜明特点为教学内容的即时性、知识体系的综合性和教学成果的实效性,由此决定了公共理论课教师职业道德具有政治道德、学术道德、思想道德等丰富内涵。因此,加强公共理论课教师职业道德建设,应着重处理好理想信念与教育目标的关系、理论教学与社会实践的关系、教书与育人的关系。
Compared with other curricula, the university theoretic classes are characterized distinctively by its prompt content, comprehensive knowledge system and substantial teaching achievement. Therefore the teachers responsible for theoretic classes should be possessed of rich connotation of political, academic and ideological morals. It is necessary to strengthen their professional concept and manage successfully the relationship between conviction and objective, between theory and practice and between teaching and nurturing.
