颅内肿瘤切除术后脑梗塞19例分析

Cerebral Infarction with postoperative Intracranial Tumor(with clinical analysis of 19 cases)

收治７８６例颅内肿瘤开颅切除术后发生脑梗塞１９例，发生率为２．４％．ＣＴ显示桓塞部位：基底节区７例，额叶６例，额顶、颞顶和桥脑各２例．为提高对此并发症的认识，降低其发生率和致残率，笔者对减少和预防颅内肿瘤切除术后脑梗塞的体会作一介绍。

patients underwent craniotomies for resection of intracranial tumor in recent decade, were presented in this article there were 19 patients suffered from cerebral infarction postoperatively, with an incidency of 2. 4%. In CT scan the sites of infarction were showed in basal ganglion,7 cases,frontal lobe 6 cases parietotemporal lobe, temporparietal lobe and pens 2 cases each. In order to improve the knowleage and decrease the monbidity and mortality of this complication,the authors reported the exparience in decreasing and preventing the cerebral infarction of postoperative intracranial tumor.
