摘要
芦荟酸乳饮料是一种新型的保健饮料。芦荟含特有的芦荟素、芦荟大黄素及多糖蛋白等多种对人体有益的成分,具有杀菌消炎,促进血液循环,调节新陈代谢、防癌及增强人体免疫功能等作用。此饮料以药用植物芦荟和鲜牛奶为主要原料,采用保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌发酵鲜牛奶,再加入一定比例制好的芦荟颗粒,最后研制出一种风味独特的兼具营养保健与疗效作用的芦荟酸奶。
The aloe yogurt beyerage is a new type of healthy drink, Aloe contained various useful components, such as aloin, aloe emodin, and aloe-polysaeeharides. These components have many functions, such as antibacterial, stimularing blood cycling, adjusting metabolism, and strengthening immunity. A special flavor aloe yogurt with many healthy functions would be obtained after using aloe, milk, aloe granules, L. bulgarius and Str. thermophilus.
