摘要 研究了以天然高分子材料壳聚糖作富集试剂,0.01mol/L EDTA作洗脱剂,火焰原子吸收光谱法简便、快速测定痕量铜的方法.对洗脱剂、富集和洗脱流速、壳聚糖用量等条件进行优化.该方法检出限(3s)为0.31μg/L(n=11),精密度为(CCu2+=0.1μg/mL,n=11)0.17%,富集倍数32.将该方法应用于中草药中痕量铜的测定,结果满意. A simple and fast method for the determination of trace amount of copper in the Chinese herbal medicines by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry has been studied in the paper. A kind of natural high polymer material chitosan is used as collecting reagent, and 0.01mol/L EDTA as eluent in it. The test conditions such as the kind of eluents, the volumn of chitosan, the flow rates in preconeentration and elution are optimized in detail. The detect limit(3s)of 0.31μg/L(n = 11)and the relative standard deviation of 0.17% (CCu2+ = 0. 1μg/mL, n = 11)have been obtained, the rich multiplies 32. The method has been applied to determine trace copper in the Chinese herbal medicines and a satisfied result has been acquired.
