在单位记忆与社区资本间挣扎的中国城市社区建设

On the Struggle of China's Urban Community Construction Between Unit Memory and Community Capital

社区建设是在当前中国备受关注的一个问题。从滕尼斯有关社区与社会的界说中,社区建设的性质得到了新的诠释:社会社区化或社会人文化。人类社会的发展其实就是社区社会化与社会社区化的交替融合,也就是社区建设与社区发展的绵延更替。单位制是新中国成立之初社区社会化的权宜之计,随着改革的深入,其弊端日益显露,对中国城市社区建设产生了十分消极的影响。中国城市社区建设要顺利进行,必须要破除单位制的束缚,培育良好的社区资本,建立有效的社区制,而其成败与否则取决于单位记忆与社区资本之间的博弈较量。

Community construction has become a matter of concern in Chinese society. According to relevant definition, the nature of community construction can be interpreted as social communitization or social humanization. The development of human society is in fact the continuous turnover of community construction and community development. Unit system was nothing but the expediency at the beginning of the founding of PRC, the very negative impact of which has clearly displayed with the development of China＇s in-depth reform. If China＇s urban community construction is to be carried out smoothly, the shackles of old unit system must be cleared out first in order to foster good community capital and establish an effective community system, the success or failure of which depends on the ultimate struggle between the unit system and community capital.
