大鼠烫伤早期肝线粒体ATP合成酶和腺苷酸激酶活性的改变

摘要 为进一步了解大鼠烫伤早期肝线粒体氧化磷酸化偶联增强的机理,应用荧光素和荧光素酶法,以琥珀酸为底物,测定了烫伤30min大鼠肝线粒体合成酶和腺苷酸激酶的活性,发现该两种酶的活性与假处理组相比均增高。提示这两种酶活性增高可能与烫伤早期ATP形成率增高和氧化磷酸化偶联增强有关。 To understand the mechanism of the increasing oxidative phosphorylation of rat-liver mitochondria during the early phase of burn injury, using luciferin-luciferase method,succinate as a substrate,the activities of ATP synthase and adenylate kinase in liver mitochondria of male Sprague- Dawley rats 30 min after 20 percent full skin thickness burns increased significantly in comparison with those of the sham-burn rats,suggesting that these two enzymes might contribute to the increased rates of ATP formation and oxidative phosphorylation coupling during the early phase after burn injury.
