大鼠急性颅脑伤后下丘脑生长抑素神经元的变化 被引量:6

摘要 应用免疫细胞化学和图像分析等技术,观察大鼠急性颅脑伤后室旁核生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)神经元的变化。结果表明,损伤初期(伤后即刻,1h)SS神经元数目和免疫反应面积均明显减少(P<0.01);伤后3h和6hSS含量逐渐增加,恢复至正常水平(P>0.05)。该结果从形态学上提示,下丘脑室旁核SS可能参与了急性颅脑伤的病理生理过程。 This study was designed to analyse the change of somatostatin(SS) neurons in paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus of rats after acute brain injury by using immunocytochemistry and image analysis techniques.The results showed that the numbers and positive areas of SS neurons reduced significantly(P<0.01) in the early stage of injury(0 h ,1 h post-injury).However,the amount of SS increased at 3h,6h,and recoverd general level.These results in the morphologic change indicate that SS in paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus participates pathophysiological activity of acute brain injury.
