It has been accepted gradually by each law enforcement agencie to enforce law in strict, fair, polite, humanity style, To stick to the law enforcement, some advocacy in ideology has to be done first, and strict law enforcement is considered main activities, then law enforcement with humanity care is thought as a method, finally, educating good staff is expected to be the essence of the efforts. Only in this way can we realize the aim and requirements from law enforcement with humanity.
