高油价时代,我国炼油企业如何应对原油资源成本高、国际竞争激烈、效益水平低下这一系列巨大挑战?

Chinese refineries' index of average increasing, the fee of cash transaction, average variable cost, net profits and gross profit are low compared with those in Asia and Pacific area. In recent years, international oil companies choose the pattern of joint venture to establish large-scale petrochemical base in oil producing countries in Middle East with their products mainly supplied for Asia and Pacific area. Products being produced on a large scale and with low cost will enter Chinese market quickly bring unprecedented competitiveness to Chinese oil refineries. To increase their competitiveness, we should focus on the following steps: to control the cost of exploration, to adjust industry layout and to optimize industrial organization structure.
