摘要
观察术中高功率聚焦超声高温破坏兔肝炎性假瘤的病理学改变。兔肝炎性假瘤模型由肝内注射Freund完全佐剂制成,发生率达100%。高功率聚焦超声治疗参数采用:频率1.1MHz,功率500W/cm^2,连续超声波照射时间20秒。结果显示:高功率聚焦超声对肝肿瘤有很强的杀伤有效性和定位准确性,为今后开展临床研究提供实验依据。
The histological changes in rabbit liver tumor treated with intraoperative high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) were observed. The rabbit liver tumor model was established by injection of Freund's complets adjuvant into the right lobe of the liver, a success rate being 100%. A single shot of 1.1 MHz focused ultrasound at an intensity of 500W/cm^2 with continuous exposure of 20s was applied. The rabbits were sacrificed and tissue specimens were examined histologically after treatment. The results showed that HIFU had the powerful effect of accurately and adequately destroying liver tumor. Our results provided a experimental basis for extracorporeal HIFU ablation of liver cancer in the fu ture. The mechanisms of tissue sonoablation were also discussed.
