采用荧光分光光度法测定盐酸环丙沙星片的含量简便、快速、灵敏度高。线性范围为０．１～０．５μｇ／ｍｌ，平均回收率为１００．０４％，相对标准差为０．６０％。

This paper report the determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride by fluorescence spectrophotometry with excitation at 280nm and emission at 420nm.The method is easy, rapid and sensitive.The standard curve is linear with the range of 0.1～0.5 μg/ml,an average recovery of 100.04%with a relative standard deviation of 0.60%.
