洛美沙星治疗淋病临床疗效对比观察

Clinical observation of lomefloxacin in treatment of gonorrhea

观察了国产洛美沙星与氧氟沙星随机对照治疗无合并症淋病１０１例的临床疗效及不良反应。洛美沙星组５８例，氧氟沙星组４３例。男性病人８７例服用洛美沙星或氧氟沙星２００ｍｇ，每日２次，２天；女性病人１４例服４００ｍｇ，每日２次，２天。两药临床治愈率分别为９３．１％（５４／５８）和９０．７％（３９／４３），无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。细菌清除率分别为９６．６％（５６／５８）和９３．０２％（４０／４３）。其不良反应发生率分别为１．７％（１／５８）和２．３％（１／４３），反应轻微。洛美沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢曲松、青霉素和大观霉素对５６株淋球菌的ＭＩＣ＿（５０）／ＭＩＣ＿（９０）（ｍｇ／Ｌ）为０．０６／０．２５、０．０６／０．１２５、０．０６／０．１２５、０．０６／０．２５、０．５／１．０和１６／３２。

The clinical efficacy and safety of lomefloxacin (LMLX) were compared with ofloxacin(OFLX)in the treatment of 101 cases of uncomplicated gonorrhea in a randomized clinical trial.There were 58 cases in LMLX group and 43 cases in OFLX group.87 cases of male patients were treated with LMLX or OFLX 200mg bid orally for 2 clays,14 female patients received 400mg of LMLX or OFLX bid orally for 2 days.Results showed the clinical cure rate of two groups were 93.1%and 90.7%respectively(P>0. 05).The bacterial clearance rate were 96.6%and 93.02%respectively (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were 1.7%and 2.3%respectively, The reactions were mild.The MIC_50/MIC90(mg/L)of lomefloxacin, ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxone,penicillin and spectinomycin against 56 strains of N. gonorrhoeae was 0.06/0.25,0.06/0.125,0.06/0.125,0.06/0.25,0.5/1.0 and 16/32(mg/L)respectively.
