双硫腙对幼年大鼠海马胆囊收缩素神经元的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了解缺锌对儿童智力发育影响的神经机理,实验观察缺锌大鼠海马胆囊收缩素(CCK)神经元的变化。先采用双硫腙灌胃的方式建立缺锌模型,进一步通过光镜免疫组化ABC法结合图象分析技术,观察和比较缺锌幼年大鼠(2月龄)海马(CCK)神经元的形态学变化。结果:缺锌15天时,幼年大鼠海马CCK神经元的数目、免疫反应强度和神经元的胞体截面积明显降低或减小,但CCK神经元的分布模式无差别。提示:缺锌时,海马CCK神经元数目和含量减少可能是缺锌影响儿童学习和记忆功能的原因之一。 In order to study the effccting mechanism of zine deficiency on childcren's intelligenc,we observed the changes of CCK-neurons ofn rat hippocampus on deficient status.16 Sprague一Dawoley rats(weight l50~170g)were divided into two groups:①Zine deficlency rats (ZD,n=8) ,rats with free diet combined with dithizone feeding l0mg/kg/day);②Control rats(ZC,n=12),rats free diet with saline feeding(l0ml/day),On the l5th day,6 rats were chose 8 rats from each of the ZD and ZC groups to observtd the CCK neurons in hippocampus by ABC immunostaining and combined with quantitive image analysis .It was observed that:The numbers of CCK neurons were reduced (P<0. 0l )on ZD rats ;The grey velues (ABS) of CCK neurons was also decreased(P<0.05 or P<0. 0l );The area of CCK neurons was also decreased, but the distrbution patterns of CCK neurons was on chang inhippocampus in ZD and Zc proups,These results suggested that during early Zinc deficiency.the changes of hippocampal CCK neu-rons mag be one of the mechanism of effect of Zinc一deficiency on the brain's stuidy and memory.
