摘要
本文对采用不同二异氰酸酯合成聚醚型水溶性聚氨酯整理剂的反应进行了动力学研究;并对聚合稳定剂、催化剂、溶剂及反应温度、碱杂质等对合成反应的影响进行了探讨。建立了与实验数据相吻合的预聚反应表观动力学模型;确定了适宜的反应条件,为该整理剂的合成提供了依据。
Kinetic study is carried out for the synthesis of watersoluble polyure-
thanes of polyether structure from different kinds of diisocyanates; and
investigation is made to the influences of stabilizer, catalyst, solvent
and such factors as reaction temperature and alkaline impurity on the
polymerization. The apparent kinetic model of prepolymerization is
established; which agrees with the experimental data. Thus the suitable
reaction conditions may be determined, and the theoretical basis for the
synthesis of this kind of finishing agent is provided.
