我国图书馆的业务流程管理活动最早可以追溯到商周时期对原始图书馆的管理,经历了以物质流为基础,以信息流控制物质流,物质流、信息流相混合,并向着以信息流为基础的业务流程管理模式发展的过程。本文主要用图表的方式来勾画我国图书馆业务流程机构设置的变迁轨迹及发展方向。

In China, the management activity of professional.process at libraries can be traced back to the management of original library in the date of ShangZhou Dynasty. It has experienced the process from the library professional process management based on matter of flow, to the library professional Process management by information flow controlling matter flow, to the library professional process management by mixing matter flow and information flow, and turns towards to the professional process model of basing on information flow. This text sketches the vicissitudes track and developing direction of professional process management organization at libraries with graphes in China.
