摘要 通过对基于MOSFET管电压型逆变电路的试验,研究了在不同负载情况下电子器件及电路的耦合作用对逆变电路输出电压和电流的的综合影响。在对MOSFET管开关特性研究的基础上对逆变电路建立了稳态和瞬态模型,通过仿真和大量实验提出了改进逆变电路的方案,并根据仿真和实验结果找出最佳实验值,抑制了逆变电路输出波形中的尖峰脉冲,改善了逆变电路的输出特性。 The synthesis effects on the inverter circuit's output voltage and current between electron devices and the circuit's coupling effects are studied through experiments, which is based on MOSFET voltage - type inverter circuit under different loadings. On the basis of the study of the on - off characteristics of MOSFET, a steady state and transient state model to this inverter circuit are set up and the improvement s on methods though simulating and lots of experiments are made. According to the simulating and experiments results, the optimum experiments value is found, which is restrained from the inverter circuit output signal's pinnacle imoulse and the inverter circuit's outout characteristic is improved.
