摘要
本文较详细地研究了氯丁橡胶与不同单体接枝共聚合成接枝氯丁橡胶的过程;探讨了单体和引发剂的种类及用量、溶剂、聚合温度和反应时间等对胶性能及粘接强度的影响。以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体与氯丁橡胶接枝共聚的粘接剂对聚氯乙烯合成革-天然橡胶粘接时,其剥离强度可达10~12kg/2cm,测试样品呈本体材料破环,基本上解决了鞋用粘合剂开胶问题。
The process of graft copolymerization of neoprene with different
monomers is studied in detail. The influences of the kind of monomer, initiator,their adding amount, the solvent, the polymerization temperature
and reaction time on the adhesive performance and adhesive strength are
explored. The peeling strength of the adhesive prepared from graft
copolymerization of neoprene with MMA monomer, when used to adhere
PVC synthetic leather with natural rubber, can reach to 10-12 kg/2 cm.
The test sample exhibits body material failure,so the problem of adhesion
failure of adhesive for shoe use is basically solved.
