摘要
利用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱联用技术分析经大孔树脂柱层析分离得到大豆皂苷SSⅡ-。在线的高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱技术能够准确快速的提供糖苷类化合物的分子量和糖链部分的有益信息,通过分析确定SSⅡ-中含有A2、Ba和Bb等六种大豆皂苷,并探讨了其电喷雾串联质谱可能的裂解规律。
The second fraction (SS-Ⅱ ) of Soyasaponins was obtained by D101A macroporous resin column chromatographic method and was determined by HPLC-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry ( HPLC-ESI/MS^2 ). In the method, on-line HPLC-ESI/MS^2 provided useful information about the molecular weight and the glycosyl chain of glycoside without the necessity of isolating individual compound. Six soyasaponins including A2, Ba and Bb were identified, and fragmentation pathways were proposed.
