过氧化脂质与家兔实验性绞窄性肠梗阻关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 作者用硫代巴比妥酸反应产物比色分析法,动态检测了30只实验性绞窄性肠梗阻家兔和20只实验性单纯性肠梗阻家兔的血清过氧化脂质(S-LPO)含量,并以10只家兔作对照,结果显示,实验性绞窄性肠梗阻家兔组的S-LPO平均含量显著高于实验性单纯性肠梗阻家兔组和对照家兔组之值(P<0.001),且实验性绞窄性肠梗阻家兔的S-LPO含量与肠绞窄时间呈直线正相关(r=0.983,P<0.001)。提示实验性绞窄性肠梗阻家兔体内脂质过氧化反应急剧增强,S-LPO含量检测可作为诊断绞窄性肠梗阻的辅助指标之一。 Plasma lipid peroxidation was evaluated by the determination of thiobarbituric acid reaction in 3 0 rabbits with experimental strangulated intestinal obstruction(2 0 rabbits with simple obstruction and 1 0 normal ones). The results showed that the S-LPO level in the strangulation group was much higher than that in the simple pathology group and the control group (P<0.001),and the concentration of the S-LPO of strangulation group rose with the time(r=0.983,P<0. 001).The data indicated that the lipid peroxidation reaction was much more rapid in the strangulation group and the concentration of S-LPO might be used as an index of the severity of strangulation.
