摘要
本文介绍一种定量测定聚酯纺丝油剂(DTY)中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的方法。在中性氧化铝柱上用石油醚、乙醚-乙醇(1:1)和乙醇作洗脱剂将矿物油与表面活性剂分离后,用二阶导数紫外光谱法定量测定表面活性剂中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚含量。该方法简单,杂质干扰少,准确度高,回收率为100.5%~102.7%。
A quantitative analytical method for determining polyoxyethylene
alkylphenol ether in the spinning finish of polyester draw texturing yarn
is introduced. The method consists in firstly by using petroleum ether, ether-ethanol (1:1) and ethanol as eluents, separating mineral oil and
surfactants from spinning finish with a neutral Al_2O_3 column. Then the
quantity of polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether in the surfactants is
determined with secondary derivative ultraviolet spectroscopy. The
method is simple, accurate and with few interference. The recovery is
about 100.5%~102.7%.
