摘要
采用夹闭沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉制作脑缺血后再灌流模型,静脉注射抗栓酶:3号,用透射电镜观察额叶皮质超微结构.结果表明:注射抗栓酶3号的实验组沙土鼠额叶皮质明显变性皱缩的“暗神经元”数量比对照组显著减少,神经胶质细胞和毛细血管变性水肿也明显减轻.说明抗栓酶3号具有明显减轻脑缺血后再灌流脑损伤的作用.
The experimental model of reperfusion postischemia was made by clamping the bilateral carotid arteria of Gerbils and loosening them 30 min later. Then. Svate-3 was given by intravenous injection. The cortical ultrastructure of the frontal lobe was observed under transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the quantity of obvious degenerative dark neurons decreased markedly in theexperimental group, and that the edema of neurogliocytes and capillaries was more mitigative in the experimental group than that in the control group. The results revealed that Svate-3 could reduce the lesion of the brain induced by reperfusion postischemia.
