儿童大脑皮质微血管铸型扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 采用8例男童尸头用甲基丙烯酸甲酯灌注、制成大脑皮质微血管铸型.用扫描电镜观察.结果:1.软脑膜动脉:内皮平滑,在软脑膜动脉与皮质内动脉内皮的交界处有一个由光滑渐变粗糙的区域.2、皮质浅动脉:口径细小,内皮光滑,可有细胞核压迹.3.皮质中动脉:内皮较粗糙有细胞压迹.4.皮质深动脉:内皮粗糙.呈”杨树成样,柳树皮样”外观.5.皮质髓质动脉:内皮最粗糙,呈”松树皮样”外观.6.髓质皮质动脉内皮与皮质中动脉相似.7、毛细血管:内皮光滑.从动脉的主干到分支,随着分支级别的增加,内皮形态从粗糙到光滑.8.静脉血管内皮见有泪滴样,卵圆形细胞核压迹. The corrosion casts of the microvasculature of cerebral cortex were studied by scanning electron microscopy on eight dead China boys' heads perfused with methylemthacrylate. The results were as follows: 1. The endothelium of pia mater encephali was smooth. 2. The endothelium of the superficial cortical arteries was smooth but there were indentations of cell nucleus on it. 3. The endothelium of the middle cortical arteries was very rough and there were indentations of the cells. 4. The endothelium of the deep cortical arteries was crude. Its morphology was similar to the bark of poplar or willow.5. The endothelium of the cortical medullary arteries was rough and looked like the bark of pine tree.6. The endothelium of the medullary cortical arteries was similar to that of the middle cortical arteries. 7. The endothelium of the capillary was the smoothest. From the trunk of the artery to its branch, the endothelium changed from roughness to smoothness with the increase of the branching scales. 8. There were teardrop-, circle- and ellipse- like indentations on the endothelium of the veins. The authors believe that the above mentioned rough endothelium is one of the morphologic signs of cerebrovascular diseases.
