反应性乳化剂存在下的丙烯酸酯微乳液聚合 被引量:2

摘要 采用种子预乳化半连续乳液聚合法合成性能良好的丙烯酸酯微乳液,比较了反应性乳化剂和传统乳化剂对乳液及其涂膜的影响,讨论了功能性单体用量和配比对产品的改性结果;同时用红外、紫外、透射电镜和热重分析进行表征;得到合成的最佳条件. Polyacrylate microemulsions were synthesized by seeding semi -continuous emulsion polymerization. The effects of reactive surfactants on the emulsions and their films were compared with traditional surfactants, and improvement of products by adding different amount, types and ratio of functional monomers was discussed. The products were characterized by FTIR, UV, TEM and DSC ,and the best reactive conditions were gained
