摘要
通过对复合鲫血细胞DNA含量的测定,探讨了其倍性和产生机制等方面的问题.结果显示,复合鲫的DNA含量明显多于母本种彭泽鲫的DNA含量,且所测14尾中多数个体的DNA含量超过或接近四倍体的DNA含量,少数个体的DNA含量介于三倍体和四倍体之间.推测多数复合鲫个体为复合四倍体异育彭泽鲫,其染色体组包含母本彭泽鲫的全套染色体和父本单倍染色体组所产生的子代,少数个体可能为非整倍体.
The multiple pengze crucian carp is the peculiar offspring from pengze crucian carp activated by heterogenous sperm, and possess some obvious paternal characteristics. In this paper, the blood cell DNA contents of the multiple pengze crucian carp were mensurated and analyzed, and the ploidy and possible mechanism of creation of the multiple pengze crucian carp were discussed. The results showed that: The DNA content of the multiple pengze crucian carp is much higher than that of the maternal parent Carassius auratus of pengze. The DNA contents of the majority of multiple pengze crucian carp studied were close to that of tetraploidy, and the DNA contents of the minority of multiple pengze crucian carp were between that of triploid and tetraploidy. It is speculated that most of the multiple pengze crucian carp are tetraploid, their chromosomes consist of the whole maternal chromosome set and a haploid paternal chromosome set, they belong to the filial generation from ovum of female parent pengze crucian carp which inserts haploid genome of agnate. Minority individuals of the multiple pengze crucian carp were presumed not to be euploid.
