常规与快速扩张后狗皮肤组织形态学的研究

A HISTOMORPHOLOGICAL STUDY OF ADULT DOGS SKIN AFTER CONVENTIONAL AND RAPID EXPANSION

对常规与快速扩张后的狗皮肤进行了形态结构的观察和分析.结果显示;常规扩张后的皮肤与正常皮肤相比较,其表皮细胞间隙轻度增宽.其厚度、DNA积分光密度及平均光密度无显著性差异.扩张后第1天,可见真皮内成纤维细胞与正常皮肤真皮相比较数量增多、体积增大,胶原纤维光密度增加;而扩张后第3天,成纤维细胞数量减少、体积变小,胶原纤维光密度降低.快速扩张后的皮肤与正常皮肤相比较,其表皮明显增厚,细胞间隙增宽,DNA平均光密度不变,但积分光密度增加;其真皮内成纤维细胞数量也增多、体积增大,但胶原纤维光密度降低.常规与快速扩张后,弹性纤维光密度与正常皮肤相比较均降低.

We studied the morphology and structure of adult dog's skin after conventional and rapid expansion- The result's were as follows: After conventional expansion, the intercellular space of the skin increased but there were no significant changes in thickness, average optical density, and integral optical density of DNA compared with the normal skin. On the 1st day after conventional expansion, fibroblasts increased in number and volume and collagen fibers increased in optical density. However, on the 3rd day after conventional expansion, fibroblasts decreased in number and volume, and collagen fibers decreased in optical density. After rapid expansion, the thickness and intercellular space of the skin increased, average optical density of DNA remained unchanged, but integral optical density of DNA increased; fibroblasts increased in number and volume but collagen fibers decreased in optical density. After both conventional and rapid expansion, elastic fibers of the skin decreased in optical density compared with the normal skin.
