气浮—活性污泥工艺处理制药废水 被引量:30

摘要 哈尔滨某制药厂生产废水的水质、水量随产品及生产工艺的不同而变化,波动较大,成分复杂且缺乏氮、磷。采用“加压溶气气浮—完全混合推流式活性污泥(串联CMAS曝气池)”工艺处理该厂废水,经过10个月的生产性试验研究确定了各单元的最佳操作条件,确保了系统出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准,曝气池中污泥具有良好的活性,平均比好氧速率(SOUR)=49.5 mgO2/(gMLSS.h)。针对运行中出现的异常现象并结合废水特性和运行条件,提出了加大气浮池投药量、对进水进行稀释、增大曝气量和污泥回流量等解决措施,可为类似废水处理工程的设计和运行提供借鉴。 The pharmaceutical wastewater characteristics of a pharmacy plant located in Harhin change along with its products and manufacturing processes. Wastewater flow rate and quality fluctuate greatly and it contains complex compounds and is lack of nitrogen and phosphorous. Based on the analysis of this pharmaceutical wastewater, a treatment process consisting of dissolved air flotation (DAF) and completely mixed activated sludge (CMAS) system was designed and put into operation. A full-scale study lasting for 10 months was performed to investigate the performance of treatment system. The results indicate that the effluent meets the first level criteria of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The activated sludge in the aeration tanks has good activity, with average specific oxygen utilization rate (SOUR) of 49.5 mgO2/(gMLSS ·h). To eliminate the abnormal operation of the system, wastewater characteristics and operation conditions were diagnosed and effective solutions were proposed, such as increase of chemical dosage to the flotation tank, dilution of raw wastewater and adjustment of returned activated sludge rates. The results obtained from this study are useful for the design and operation of similar pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
