超强耐水洗共聚酰胺热熔胶的开发和应用

摘要 耐水洗性能是衡量衬布用热熔胶性能的重要指标。在原有尼龙6/66/1010三元共聚的基础上,采用长碳链二元酸与癸二胺反应,代替尼龙1010制成的热熔胶,解决了因尼龙1010吸水性强导致其耐水洗性能差的问题,与尼龙6/66/12三元共聚热熔胶的性能相当,而成本大大降低,可广泛应用于服装粘合衬行业。 Washability is key index for representing the property of hot-melt adhesives used for interlinings. Basing on triad copolymerization by nylon 6, nylon 66 and nylon 1010, hot-melt adhesive "PA-6" was manufactured by reaction between long carbochain biatomic acid and decyl diamine, but no using nylon 1010 with high hygroscopicity. So that the washability of hot-melt adhesive has been improved and the performances of adhesive "PA-6" are similar to the hot-melt adhesive which be triadi copolymerization by nylon 6, nylon 66 and nylon 12, and the cost of "PA-6" has been decreased greatly. It could be applied on garment interlinings broadly.
