摘要 目的观察用地塞米松冷藏保存的离体肺顺应性的变化。方法将32只家兔肺随机均分至对照组、用地塞米松冷藏(4℃)保存24 h组7、2 h组和120 h组。对照组:测定室温条件下的肺顺应性。冷藏组:在相应时间取出肺,室温条件下复温后,置入生理盐水中,测定注气(生理盐水)和抽气(生理盐水)过程中,肺容积在10mL、20mL、30mL时的肺的顺应性。结果各组与对照组比较,均存在显著性差异,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论用地塞米松冷藏保存后离体肺顺应性增强,其影响程度随冷藏时间增加而增大。 Objective To investigate the change of pulmonary compliance after cold preservation in dexamethasone solution in an isolated lung model. Methods 32 rabbit lungs were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group was divided into 3 parts, preserved for 24h, 72h and 120h in dexamethasone solution at 4℃. In the control group, pulmonary compliance was measured at room temperature. In the treated group, after rewarm at room temperature, the lungs were placed in saline solution. And then compliance with pulmonary volume 10mL, 20mL and 30mL.was measured respectively during infusing with air (saline solution) and drawing air (saline solution). Results Compared to the control group there were no significant differences in compliance of cold-preserved lungs for 24h with infusing with and drawing saline solution, cold-preserved lungs for 72h with infusing with and drawing air with pulmonary volume 10mL, 20mL and cold-preserved lungs for 120h with infusing with and drawing air with pulmonary volume 10mL, 20mL ( P 〉 0.05), but were in that of other treated groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Pulmonary compliance after cold preservation in dexamethasone solution increased, and the effect gradually increased with cold preservation prolongation.
