摘要
在界定投资者关系管理内涵的基础上,分析了投资者关系管理的重要意义,并建立了投资者关系管理模型;然后指出我国上市公司投资者关系管理的现状及存在的主要问题;最后提出改善上市公司投资者关系管理的宏观和微观层面的对策建议。
The article analyzes the importance of IRM and gives an IRM model after defining IRM. Then the papor points out that the status quo of the listed companies＇ IRM in China and demonstrates the principal problems of IRM. Finally proposals are put forward to improve the level of listed companies＇ IRM from both macro and micro perspectives.
